Starting a new business can be a daunting task, but with the help of our professionals we make the process easier.






Congrats! You have your idea and a plan so now our first step is to incorporate the business at the Notary. You will receive your Articles of Incorporation at this step. 

 Registration at the Chamber of Commerce

Once you have successfully incorporated your business, you must then register at the Chamber of Commerce. 

 License Application

Depending on the type of business you are opening, there may be up to 3 or more licenses you need to apply for. License Application occurs through Economic Affairs.


Once you have applied for all paperwork for the company, you must now apply for residency papers to legally reside and operate a business on the island

 Corporate Registrations

The business must then be registered at various other offices such as the Inspectorate of Taxes, SZV and Labor Office in order to comply with all regulations
